Promotion Performance Report Needed (Spend X, Get Y Analysis)

I’d like to request a report that helps us clearly understand how our promotions are performing from a marketing perspective.
Specifically, the report should allow us to:
- Pull transactions within a defined date range
- Filter by brand
- Filter by transaction value / spend threshold
See results at a promotion level, not just overall sales
The goal is to measure the success of specific offers, for example:
“Spend £X on Brand Y and receive a free gift.”
From a marketing POV, this would help us answer questions like:
- How many qualifying transactions occurred during the promotion period?
- What revenue was generated from Brand Y while the promotion was live?
- Did the incentive (free gift) increase average order value or conversion?
- Was the cost of the free gift justified by the uplift in sales?
Example:
If we run a promotion such as “Spend £100 on Brand Y and receive a free gift”, I’d like to be able to pull a report showing:
All transactions during the promo period
Transactions that met the £100 spend threshold on Brand Y
Total revenue generated from those qualifying orders
This would give us a much clearer view of whether spending X amount on Brand Y in exchange for a free gift is commercially and strategically worthwhile.
