Request: Bike Purchase Anniversary / Customer Follow-Up Report

If this report already exists, or if there is an existing report that can provide this information, please let me know. I may simply be overlooking the best way to retrieve the data.
I’m looking for a report that would allow me to identify customers who purchased a bike during a particular month, regardless of the year of purchase. The purpose is to proactively remind bike owners when their annual tune-up is coming due.
For example, in December, I would like to run a report showing all customers who purchased a bike in January of any prior year. I could then email those customers with a friendly annual tune-up reminder and follow up by phone with customers who do not respond.
Ideally, the report would include the following fields:
* Last Name
* First Name
* Email Address
* Phone Number
* Date of Purchase
* Bike(s) Purchased
It would be helpful for the Bike(s) Purchased field to accommodate multiple bikes from the same transaction, as customers occasionally purchase two bikes at once.
My intended workflow would be to export the report to Excel and add a customer tag column. For example, for the January group, I would add the tag “Jan Bike Purchase.” I could then use that information to create or update the corresponding customer group in Mailchimp.
This would allow us to automate an annual service reminder while still personalizing the communication with information such as the customer’s first name and the bike they purchased.
The overall goal is to make it easier for us to proactively remind customers about recommended annual maintenance, improve customer service, and encourage customers to keep their bikes properly maintained.
If there is already a report or combination of filters within the system that would accomplish this, I’d be very happy to use the existing functionality. Otherwise, I’d appreciate consideration of adding a report or filtering capability that would support this type of annual customer follow-up.
I can also make this a little shorter and more “software feature request” oriented if you’re submitting it into a ticketing system with limited space.

We offer our bike customers a free checkup nine weeks after purchase.
We also like to contact eBike customers after 4 weeks to check that everything is running smoothly.
I use the Who Bought What report. I export it to Excel but then have to go through any manually tidy up any returned bikes.
The Excel Month() function will quickly pull out the Purchase Month for you.
This should allow you to get Mailchimp updated.
Hope this help, Stef
