These are the 2 main things that I have not found a comparable report. There are many (new ones to me) that are very useful i just really miss being able to see quickly. I appreciate the dialogue.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime yes I have access to it and it is great it is just not the same. I miss being able to see the hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly snap shots. I could select the time period and then which format, say hourly then I could see how many transactions, items and sales total for that time period. I could select the same day/week/month from last year then evaluate it compared to what is happening this year. It is just a metric I like to follow to see how things are working. I do have a spread sheet that I made but it takes time to pull the information compared t a few clicks that it used to be.

Tanya Chicoine Ah that makes more sense, so its not to plan staff rotas based on how busy it is, but more to track demand on given days?
