SAR (Subject Access Request) data export

We've had our first SAR request from a customer.
So far the only way to get all of the customer data held on Citrus Lime is through a mix of Cloud Reports exports, screen grabs and multiple copy/pastes from various screens.
Our Citrus Lime account manager have been very helpful in pulling all the data out into a handy report but I think that a procedure should be in place for either:
1/ us clicking a button for a full and immediate data export or
2/ the best way to contact Citrus Lime for the data
We have 30 days to provide the data to the customer so it's not an urgent or high priority request and we've only had the one so far. Probably not worth the time/cost of programming it into Citrus Lime for general store use but it would be handy to know how best to contact Citrus Lime when we need the information.
Note: Remember to confirm the requesting customer's identity and send their information password protected!
