View order notes for closed orders

The Order Line Details Report seems to be the only one that shows all the order and line notes. Very handy for open orders.
We need to be able to search and export this info for closed orders as well.
Vital for tracking down various C2W and Finance codes/numbers on closed orders.
At present all we can do is trawl, manually through customer accounts to try and find them.

Also need this report to track workshop notes.
Just got a product recall for kids bikes and we need to search for the frame numbers that are stored through the workshop module.
No other way of finding these closed order notes.

A 'Show Closed Orders' tick box, Default = Unticked would do the job very nicely.
