Hi all,
Cloud Reports was updated yesterday, and the serial information is now available on the Who Bought What report.
These fields are shown within the Column Chooser by default, but you can drag these onto the report and always save a filter/layout with these fields so you can quickly load them.

We're going to make the change to the Who Bought What report to add serial information (where applicable).
This will be in the next update of Cloud Reports (likely within the next month), I've linked our internal work item so this post will be updated as we make progress.

All that said this is a good idea for this report, we're looking into this.

We're working with Pedego to automate this process which I think addresses this requirement in the longer term.

Neil McQuillan We still need the report, as we use the buyer name and serial number in other ways other than registering bikes. I use the serial numbers with Northpoint, as well.

Warren Kaiser Suzy has confirmed we're adding the fields to the report, I know the work was being completed on Friday, so it should be appearing in Cloud Reports in the coming weeks.
We've also started the work to integrated warranty reporting to Pedego - that is pencilled in to start a week next Monday.
