The current work shop productivity report is lacking accurate hours worked vs hours billed data. A must to ensure productivity and profitability. Is there a way to create a custom report? We really need to know this data. I know its not correct as one mechanic had 29 hours billed in a day but only a revenue of 325$. At 100$ an hour, this cant be right.
