Ability to sell a Returns label

We would love the ability to sell a returns label on the website. This way we could make some of the money back that otherwise goes to the post office or other, and we can make sure the return is track to avoid any we sent it so you must have it situations.
This could make us a lot of money or none, depending on how we choose to price it. But if anything it's a better customer service that we could offer.
Currently we partially refund returns and are considering sending a payment link for exchanges.

Currently we manage this by agreeing with the customer to deduct it from their refund, but that doesn't work if they're taking an exchange.

Pete Baars Thanks for the reply. This is what we do too. How do you manage exchanges?
I know we could say we don't do them, but I'm conscious not everyone could afford to buy twice and wait for the first refund. And waiting could lead to a cooling off period and loss of sale.

Chris, we normally exchange after the goods have been returned, saves paying two lots of card processing fees. If we're providing the returns label then the customer usually pays us via BACS or paypal.
Our biggest issue is with customers who buy the other size they need and use reward points to take a further discount on the second item and then they never order from us again. Hence this suggestion:
