Courier Integration Module

We currently operate using Mac devices, but the Citrus-Lime courier label printing application is only compatible with Windows. This means we cannot print courier labels directly from our existing systems. Citrus-Lime support explained that the application relies on Windows-specific components, including its PDF rendering engine, print-handling layer and underlying runtime. The only current workaround is therefore to purchase, configure and maintain a dedicated Windows computer solely for printing courier labels. Courier-label printing is a core part of order fulfilment, so this creates unnecessary hardware costs, additional system administration and another potential point of failure in a time-sensitive process. For businesses operating on macOS, the feature is effectively unavailable despite being an important part of the wider Citrus-Lime workflow. Please consider developing a platform-independent solution. This could be: A native macOS version of the label-printing application. Browser-based label generation and printing. The ability to download a correctly sized, print-ready label PDF. Integration with a cross-platform print service or courier-label application. At a minimum, Mac users need a supported way to generate and print courier labels without purchasing a separate Windows device. It would also be helpful to understand whether cross-platform label printing is being considered for the product roadmap and whether other Mac-based Citrus-Lime customers are experiencing the same limitation.

Alternative delivery options have always been a thing but RMs "Out of Home" services adds 1,200 Royal Mail Customer Service points, 1,200 Parcel Lockers, 6,400 Collect+ stores, 11,500 Post Office branches, 1,200 Parcel Postboxes... much better than the log shed or front door step. This could massively help conversions as customers could collect their parcels locally at their convenience, rather than wait in or take the day off work. Could this please be considered for the new checkout? Please. I imagine most of us in the UK make use of Royal Mail Services

We would prefer despatch notification emails to be sent when a courier is manifested for the day. Therefore when a label is printed in error for a customer, there is an issue with a courier collection or a label is generated on a weekend (ready for a Monday collection) it will not send out an incorrect despatch notification.

We're keen to unlock international shipping but our experience of relying on the customer being informed of the additional costs to be... sometimes discouraging. I can't even imagine the work that would go into a suitable solution. But from a customer perspective: A sticky plaster fix could be a checkbox alongside " I am aware and agree to pay the additional costs for shipping to my chosen country" or any other choice small print, that makes the juice worth the squeeze! Better yet displaying the current taxes, duties, fees, rates, exceptions, de minimus... etc for said chosen country. Calculated based on the basket value. Or a query string link that opens a separate tab? Even better still a full and transparent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) solution. It's a big ask, but it would be great to be able to sell outside of the UK, with no surprises for the customer. Vote for making international sales easier.

Hello, we're finding a lot of people taking advantage of the DPD Equivalent (DPD Pickup). But Royal mail has more locations, less surcharges and better prices. I can only assume that customers are less trusting these days (rightfully so!) and would rather a detour to a guaranteed safe location than to wait in or hope it's been delivered to the correct doorstep and is still there after work. I think couriers prefer it too, being able to deliver a job lot to a nearby location rather than lobbing it over a wall. If we're able to offer a more convenient service at a better price to customers, then it's only going to improve sales and reduce WISMOs. Also customers can pick up a snack at the same time, everyone loves a snack. If you're interested please give it a vote. We've been very surprised with just how many people choose the dpd option

Bit shocked to find out bank holiday dates were missing for this year on our shipping setup which as we all know you leave well alone once it’s working! Turns out that this is done ONLY for new customers for 5 years. As clients signed up to the courier integration module are paying ongoing fees which go towards maintenance please can Citrus Lime do what all other modules I have used do and continue to curate the holiday date list for the respective countries? It saves upset customers when you find this 5 year cutoff out through customer complaints about shipping times not met, and is one less thing for a busy retail operation to have to remember if it can be centralised by Citrus Lime! Thanks for any upvotes or responses, and yes if a business owner/team is savvy enough they can use chat for to create the list but it still has to be manually entered one at a time and remembered to revisit at a later date…

To enable Avelon to accurately track affiliate lead conversions, embedding the Avelon script directly into the system would help avoid the issues currently seen with the GTM implementation, including GTM scripts being fully blocked by browsers and ad blockers.

Royalmail can collect parcelforce parcels but only if they have the 2D barcode so the labels need updating.

Hey, It doesn't seem like a big ask to have tracking info sent to customer emails? Surely all the info is already there, and we shouldn't have to spend over £20 a month with mailchimp to unlock that? Thanks

We would love the ability to sell a returns label on the website. This way we could make some of the money back that otherwise goes to the post office or other, and we can make sure the return is track to avoid any we sent it so you must have it situations. This could make us a lot of money or none, depending on how we choose to price it. But if anything it's a better customer service that we could offer. Currently we partially refund returns and are considering sending a payment link for exchanges.
