When generating labels from customers who have bought from us in store and provided a mobile number, but not a landline, the telephone number for CIM labels is empty. Would it be possible to set a rule that if 'Telephone' is empty, the number stored under 'Mobile' is used to pre-populate that box? Carriers use this number to update the customer on delivery times, or for the driver to contact them. It's invariably done by SMS and the use of a landline number in this field is at best unhelpful.
