Don't send despatch email until manifested

We would prefer despatch notification emails to be sent when a courier is manifested for the day. Therefore when a label is printed in error for a customer, there is an issue with a courier collection or a label is generated on a weekend (ready for a Monday collection) it will not send out an incorrect despatch notification.

Agree, but think this should be an option rather than the fixed state. If you are trying to keep your ebay Top Seller Status, wrong or right, you need to be showing as dispatched as early as possible, even on a non shipping day

@scott-hargrave-skiers-lounge-consultant: I don't think this would need to be linked to the eBay API. This should only concern the despatch email sent out through Mandrill unless I mistaken?

Is there any update on this functionality? Do the emails still send on printing of a label?

Steven Graham: Yes, they still send upon printing. Hoping this gets implemented soon.
