Pull Customers Mobile Number to complete the Telephone box

When generating labels from customers who have bought from us in store and provided a mobile number, but not a landline, the telephone number for CIM labels is empty.
Would it be possible to set a rule that if 'Telephone' is empty, the number stored under 'Mobile' is used to pre-populate that box?

Apparently it is a mapping issue. The telephone field on the label print is mapped to landline and NOT mobile. This is madness as this field is used by all couriers including Royal Mail to text customers delivery updates. It should be a very easy fix.
