We are more and more in need of this. We have quite a few team members that apply bonus points for customers. Having reason codes and reporting on bonus point application is becoming essential now, both to analyse and for security.

Reason codes AND a comments box would be ideal – reason codes so we can report on why points are being issued more accurately and then comments so we can get greater transparency onto individual point applications.
