there is currently no way to remove a customers email address from customer rewards. this should be in place to comply with GDPR regulations if a customer requests a right to forget. changing the email address in back office does not replicate to rewards.

All, I'd missed this and it's clearly important. Changing the account email POS would change the current email address, but we keep a copy of the original email so we can deal with email addresses changing.

This will be addressed in the release which goes out on the 17th of May 2023.
