The rewards email either needs to be customisable (like all emails) or please can you update it to have a clear hyperlink for 'Unsubscribe'
after the rewards email issues this weekend (rewards email sending every day instead of just once) we've had customers complaining they cannot unsubscribe. there is a link but it needs to be super clear for customers. i don't want to have to deal with a GDPR complaint when it's a 30 second change
Also this ties back in place where an unsubscribe from a customer's point of view should unsubscribe from all emails. GDPR processes should be a priority in 2024
