Add "Exclude Warehouse Only Stock" on the Stock & Sale filter options

On the Stock & Sale filter options that customers see on the website could an option for excluding items that are "Warehouse Only" be added. This will be useful when it is important to find items that are either available for immediate despatch or available in store. Our team uses our website as a sales tool when serving customers and have often commented that this would be useful.

Comment and up vote if interested. We need to understand if this is a well-liked/desirable idea.

Ben I'm not sure how I feel about the exact implementation of this topic. I feel as though "Exclude warehouse only stock" would be a bit of a negative proposition for many consumers.
I'm interested to understand more about this topic and I have a few ideas. If you have an opinion on this, I'd love to hear about it. Comment and up vote if interested in this idea.
Whilst the following is just "an initial idea" and not something I propose or suggest we're implementing.
My initial thoughts would be to have a Store Filter, where you can filter stock by location. This could also have the store lead time visible. This would allow customers to select a store and see all of the stock for that location. SIM locations would be at a location called "Warehouse" since we actively avoid stating that stock is with a supplier to encourage purchases.
This is a
positive user action
(show me these items), as opposed to the negative user action
"Exclude warehouse only stock" (get rid of these items).I feel this sends a clearer message about where items in the search results are located since "Exclude warehouse only stock" isn't necessarily indicative of stock being in an exact place.

Ben Kippax: Agreed. The suggestion you have made would achieve the result we want and offer even more information. If this was to be implemented I think it would have a positive effect for both customers and our staff.

Ben: I think if we were to look at implementing this feature, we'd do so in a way that was beneficial to single and multi-store customers.
