Add Price Match functionality to Modular platform

Price match is not a feature present on the modular platform, but it was a long-standing feature prior to this.
Its implementation wasn't our best work and there have been a handful of Canny topics asking for improvements/fixes (some of which I cannot find).
I'd be keen to understand what our customers thought about price match. E.g. if it was ever used in a meaningful way, what features you felt were missing from it that perhaps prevented it from being used more (or more effectively/efficiently)

I'd agree with comments about size and also add colour, and the requirement for the applicant to paste in the URL of the site they have seen it so it can be checked is exact match and in stock. In addition I would want to see either a means of black or white listing domains of competitors that would be accepted. Those not allowed triggering a polite message of decline. It's a mugs game price matching pure play discounters and marketplaces so some ability to filter in line with your own company policy would be required. It would be good to have an editable text field on form for us to state and update our individual policy to customers. Also goes without saying that the ability to toggle the whole thing on an off (so there's no remnant of it left visible on site) would be important too.

We would definitely be interested in a feature that made it possible to agree to the price match and automatically send the customer a code or a link in which the item would be discounted for them. This would save a lot of CS time. Also, the current restrictions on coupons not allowing decimal places and "Discount by £" not allowing you to restrict it to a specific item both impact on the ease of price matching.
