Allow customers to buy multiple gift vouchers in 1 transaction

As per the heading, could you allow customers to buy multiple gift vouchers in 1 transaction, please.
The current system combines whatever combination the customer orders into a single voucher and we have no way of knowing what combination the customer wants until we have sent them the voucher and they contact us. The procedure for splitting that single voucher into the desired combination is complicated and long-winded.
The current system places the onus on the customer to know how the system works and place one order per voucher. (So, a customer we had yesterday would have to make 6 separate purchases.)
We have tried adding text to the web page to prevent this, but it doesn't seem to have had any effect.
Cheers,
Neil

Hi everyone,
Thank you for this feedback.
We're reviewing the sale of Gift Vouchers on the website as part of an exciting next phase of Ecommerce development, so I've marked this post as 'Under Review'.

Looking through the site again, I found an older post titled "Multiple gift vouchers on one transaction" asking for a similar function, and this is marked as "complete" with a comment that the function became available in 2022. Could someone from Citrus confirm what's going on, please.

Llanberis Manager this was the implementation of selling multiple Gift Vouchers on a single transaction in the Point of Sale.

Agreed, the gift voucher sales process online seems to be designed for programmers rather than consumers, it is not clear to customers how it works and we feel our sales of gift vouchers online have dropped since we moved to Citrus Lime.
Ideally we'd like to see the above - i.e. the ability for customers to purchase multiple seperate vouchers in a single transaction AND the ability for us to set pre - determined voucher values that suit our customer base and if possible an option for customers for create a voucher value of their choosing.
There is a lot that is good with Citrrus Lime but Gift Vouchers is definitly a weak point in how they are presented from a customer point of view leading us to miss potenital sales in an important revenue stream for us.
These changes would lead to increased sales and reduced workload.
