We've just had a customer call up, confused as to why their UK address was not eligible for delivery. What had happened was that they had not included their phone number in the delivery address section. I know it says 'phone number (required)' and is highlighted in red, but this was enough to turn them away from the checkout in frustration. Luckily, they called us to finalise the transaction, but others may go elsewhere.

This could easily be avoided in future by adding a few words to the 'Delivery Service' Section to specify that a phone number is also required:

TLDR:

Change the wording on the Delivery section checkout from:

'Please provide a valid delivery address, to view the available delivery services.'

To:

'Please provide a valid delivery address and phone number to view the available delivery services.'
