When a click and collect order is placed with Finance, there is nothing on the order confirmation email to state which store the order is to be collected from. We understand that this is due to the delivery and billing address needing to be the same on a finance order, however we need the customer to be able to see that the order is for a specific store and to have the collection store address somewhere on the order confirmation. This creates a large amount of customer service queries where customers think there has been an error and call to check it is not going to be delivered.
