Custom Page - Content Update Frequency

Any content changes made to custom pages only reflect on the front end when the site updates overnight. Is there a reason for this or can this be changed so that content updates more regularly?
I'm embedding a video onto our About Us page but having to wait until the next day to check whether it's displaying properly really isn't ideal.

It appears that any changes made to general (custom) pages only update overnight, this makes editing text and pages really difficult and long winded. This should be an immediate update so edits can be seen and changed straight away.

Totally agree. For a while, it updated very quickly but now it seems like 24 hours. This really needs to be better.

Agree 100% it’s crazy that it’s part of the overnight caching, I did mention this to Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime during a chat a month or two ago and it’s on his radar/to sort list but now we can all vote for it…

Yupp totally agree and I flagged this to Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime as it’s a real PITA. He has said he was looking into it and understood the issue so here’s hoping he can chime in as it’s very frustrating!
