We've just had a negative review from a customer
"I did not want my item to go to billing address. It is a present no option for alternate delivery address"
So i would have to agree it could be clearer

I don't have a problem with the update billing details wording as mentioned. if you fill in a delivery address first page it brings that in straight away by default. I would say the problem is, it does not show the delivery and billing address on the same page at the point of doing your card and hit buy button you can not tell as a customer that the order is going to be sent to the address you first filled in on page one or the new updated billing address if you change it. Im seeing 10 - 20 failed address orders a week as customer wrong tries to get order to go through with delivery address which is far to many. thanks Mason

Hi David. If we were to change this text to "change delivery address", it would be contextually incorrect, since the address you edit on
this part of the checkout is the billing address
.How about "Change billing address"?

Agree, poor contextual UX, small change but will be clearer for users.

@scott-hargrave-skiers-lounge-consultant: This part of the checkout flow amends the billing address, if the user chooses to do so. Changing this to reference delivery would be a mistake. With this in mind, do you still agree its contextually poor? If so, what are your thoughts on improvements here?

Ben Kippax: My reference is to calling it "update billing details" as to end user this could mean card details, so whole section, and the change button should be "change address details".

@scott-hargrave-skiers-lounge-consultant: Then making it "Change billing address" would make sense.
