We currently have free delivery on orders over £50. At the moment the delivery option is added before any discount or coupon code has been taken off. So if a customer orders items to the value of £60 normally they get free uk delivery. At the moment this is where CL offer the delivery choices. Then after this the customer has a discount code of 20% and it goes below the free delivery threshold of £50, it is not updated by CL. So the clever customer can get discount and free delivery and I’m out of pocket. Not ideal especially in this economic climate when we are having to offer money off and are missing out on our profit margins.
