Delivery Options before or After Payment Options

Currently the delivery/shipping options are before the payment options at the checkout but some customers are trying to select the delivery options and don't realise they have to scroll down the page to the payment options first, why not allow them to select even if it does nothing or jump top the payment options so they can progress.

Agreed, the checkout process is very difficult/confusing. The flow should be much smoother to make purchasing as easy as possible not create more reasons to abandon cart.

I see this in Clarity a lot and we get a few phone calls. As soon as they I can't select posta.... we jump in with You need to select payment option first. Re-ordering the basket has helped reduce this for us.

Yepp, another basket/checkjout UX fail. We have had this one reported to us by customers a few times, as not everyone is a tech genius, and theres no need to create this confusion, and its not a hard one to fix as you suggest...
