We would like to customise, brand and include retailer specific messages in the below emails:
  • Product Review Emails
  • Service Review Emails (Shopper Approved)
  • Back In Stock Emails
  • Gift Voucher Emails
These are currently very generic and plain and do not match the rest of our digital marketing. To encourage conversion of a review for instance we offer the chance to win prizes but cannot currently convey this in the emails.
Please could this be added? Happy to do this in design time with a member of the Citrus team (although a full fledged Cloud MT editing area would be nice), but currently told that these emails are locked even to the design team.
