When placing an order online, you get an email confirmation, this comes from the specified email address setup in backoffice. it would look so much more professional if you could put in a 'from name' so when customers viewing the email in their mail client, it is obvious who it is from

as you can see from the screenshot, our emails come from support@balfesbikes and google just puts 'support' you can see other companies have their name e.g. 'Google Store' or esure Travel Insurance'

I think it would look so much better if it could be 'Balfe's Bikes'
