Ben Kippax Any progress on this? If people are asking questions about products then they are likely to be interested in buying. Seems odd that these leads are not being brought to our attention. We get email notifications if somebody submits a Back In Stock request so is this any more complex. If it was a choice to of the two, I think I'd prefer to be told if somebody needs a question answered.

Agreed this is much needed so customers questions are not awaiting responses for a longer period.

We have only just found FAQ, we have had quite a few that have gone unanswered so probably lost some good sales as no one knew about this function. Is there a planned date to fix an alert. preferable send an email like the contact form

Agree - we stumbled onto some old FAQ requests completely by mistake yesterday as I incorrectly assumed there would be an email notification!

Pauls Cycles: agree we reply in a separate email to customers but it should be set that when a question is answered the customer get a notification, would also encourage them to revisit the product and potentially purchase

Scott: I'm late to the party here but I have just done the exact same as Scott, stumbled on them and had thought there would have been an email notification. I attended training on cloudmt too and this wasn't covered/ mentioned

Just to add to this, I was answering some today and clicked "delete" on one by mistake and have now lost it. An email notification would have saved this so I'd love to see this implemented
