It seems odd that you cannot set the related items display settings to filter by gender. If a man/woman is looking at jackets etc, it would be ideal if they can see other items suitable for them, not just a range of men's and women's items.

You can currently filter by so many other options, but not gender.

It would also be ideal if we were able to specify specific items for the related items section to always display - eg. care products specific to that brand or product.
