Free tracking emails!

Any chance we can get tracking emails sent to customers within citrus lime? Paying for extra services to do this seems crazy given all the info is within the system when we use the courier module.

That's part of the courier module, I don't believe there is an extra charge, other than the courier module fees themselves.

I'd be keen to know if anyone else has a work around

Mech Monkey I was told that if we want to design our own tracking emails we have to have our own Mandrill account for which there is an extra charge otherwise you can only use the standard tracking email that Citrus Lime offers.

DJ I think that's where we are now, although still have to have a paid mailchimp account to use the standard Citrus ones.
