Gmail has started grouping all emails from contactform@citruslime.com as a single conversation

About two weeks ago all emails from contactform@citruslime.com have started being grouped as a single conversation in our gmail. we are not sure why this has happened as previously emails from our website queries came in separately. This change is leading to a lot of confusion as all customer queries from multiple customers are now grouped under a single conversation. I was told from live chat that the only current workaround was to completely turn off conversation view on Gmail but we do not want to do this as it is important for all other emails. Is there a long term solution for this issue. Would it be possible for you to give each email a unique Subject line, such as the customer name to avoid this. thanks
