When dispatching e-commerce orders, the Item Messaging window currently appears. This slows down the dispatch process and disrupts workflow, especially when processing multiple orders in a row.
From a workflow perspective, there’s no reason to have product messages interrupting dispatch. At the point of fulfilment, the priority is speed, accuracy, and efficiency — not re-reading item notes.
Recommendation: Suppress or relocate item messaging during dispatch, or allow users to configure where and when item messages are shown. This would streamline dispatching, reduce unnecessary clicks, and improve throughput for web orders.
