Can we have the Landline Phone Number Not Mandatory , as 99% of customer dont use the landline or even have one, this causes duplicate issues in the back office as customers are forced to put the same number in the landline and Mobile field, simple solution just make it mandatory that they use at least 1

We collect a phone number field during checkout can you provide a screenshot that shows where you mean so we can assess further?

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime: I think we were wrongly informed by chat that both fields were mandatory but what i think happens is there is possibly only 1 field at checkout that used to be wrongly matched in the landline field in the back office, however during the feature of merging customers CL now inputs the 1 number given at check out into BOTH fields in Back Office, rather than into the correct field because its unable to determin if the number is a mobile or a landline.

PM: We attempt to map mobile numbers based on the number prefix but it's not an exact science for example in the US the prefixes on mobiles are just area codes which defines the state the number is from so we cannot filter mobile vs landline automatically.
I don't think there is anything for us to action here on the ecommerce side?

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime: unless im missing something i think there is a very easy and obvious solution, how about the ecomerce site matches the backoffice
2 fields on the website landline and mobile
as there is already 2 fields in the back office.
then landline can be tied to landline and mobile can be tied mobile Simples
