Integrate with Locally to provide inventory data - https://support.locally.com/en/support/solutions/articles/14000098845-step-3-set-up-your-inventory-feed
This will be needed to show stock on trek.com from end of March.

I have reopened this.
To provide POS data we have no generic platform for providing feeds, and we do not want to exclude none ecommerce customers from Locally.
We can use our SimDex platform which we use for sending stock data back to suppliers to send data for stores to Locally. This is what we setup for Trek and adding suppliers is relatively straightforward.
We cannot simply add 'all suppliers' the work would be overwhelming, but adding one with a list of stores is eminently possible.
We worked with Trek to setup a list of stores who wanted to provide data and then turned this around in a couple of weeks.
We're extremely busy right now, with our new POS launch and all the major upgrades we've completed, so it would take longer but if there is a clear desire from a group of stores to add a supplier then I see no major barriers to doing this.
A generic feed is not on the cards, it's not something our platform supports at this time.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime: Hi Neil, Tom from Locally here. I understand there is a way for retailers to manually export an inventory report that contains all of their inventory. Can you please share instructions for how a dealer could do this?

I believe James described a "lever" that could be pulled daily, weekly, etc. that includes all inventory.
Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime
Tom Whelan: all our retailers can do that with Cloud Reports and export to Excel. It’s the standard inventory report.

A note to everyone voting on this since Locally shared it out, this post relates only to Trek which is now set up, as the post says "Complete". For other brands, these need to be individually requested. We have made a new post specifically relating to Cannondale, which you can vote on here https://citruslime.canny.io/ecommerce-website/p/locally-integration-cannondale

I would definitely like to have this integration, given that they boost local buyers without rerouting to the Vendors.

Having multiple Brands on Locally will improve our visibilty and be of real benefit to us

Merida and Cannondale would be good.

This feature is very important to us as a distributor. As things stand there is a Locally integration for pretty much every other EPOS system. This puts all Citrus Lime retailers at a big disadvantage. Please work on this as a lot of our biggest customers are on Citrus Lime and will without doubt miss out on sales as a result.

Charlie May-Collyer: I agree Charlie. Getting this working for Merida is a necessary step in moving forward. Let's hope its something that the CL team can push forward with asap.

Nik Wood: I think this suggestion needs to be changed from "Complete" if its not.

Jenna Lees - Head of Customer Support Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime Our understanding from Cannondale is that there isnt currently an integration with locally, with Locallys message to Citrus Lime partners - "Locally are yet to hear back from Citrus-Lime regarding the fix to the ongoing integration issues. Locally have set up an online form for Citrus-Lime users to fill in so that when the issue is fixed someone at Locally can contact the dealer directly to get them signed up as quickly as possible. Link included below."
I understand there are ways some retailers an manually working this, which we of course will look into but only raising as this suggestion states that an integration is complete.

Shirin Sadr: We can setup Cannondale Locally feeds (well actually the underlying distributor), we cannot set up an all products feed for Locally as we have no way to do this in our architecture.
We've been successfully sending stock levels to Locally for other suppliers for a couple of years the supplier then uses this on their websites. The setup is pretty simple to add a supplier.
We can do this using our SIMDex architecture (the one we have for sending stock levels back to suppliers). It just needs the SIM team to book that in as something for the development team to setup.
Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime
I have made our SIM Manager Pat aware of this, in case it's got bogged down in the general Locally conversations.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime: Is this something for us personally or do you mean a platform wide thing? If so, I'll go to the helpdesk and make sure this is moved forwards for us.

Citrus-Lime have made the required changes to the stock feed for Locally, so we are successfully sending data to Locally for retailers who were previously set up on the site.
What we don’t know is what or if anything else needs to happen with Locally and Trek to ensure stock is shown on the Trek Click & Collect site as it was before.
This data exchange is now available for Trek dealers using Cloud POS who have agreed with Trek to show stock on their Click & Collect site.
