Hi both,
We noticed this issue last week and we've raised a ticket to address this - we think it's based on the Send Now button not being disabled immediately after the click.
The fix is pencilled in for the November release of eCommerce.

I think the issue is that initially all you get after hitting send is a button appears to 'reset form' and there's a slight delay before you get the acknowledgement pop up: so people may be tempted to click again thinking not been acknowledged.
