love the new checkout - so much more efficient and quicker to do. (am purchasing from store.citruslime.com for some labels!)
but have noticed a couple of things that could make it maybe even better for customers
- when selecting an address from a post code, it'd be easier to have a drop down list or multiple pages of a list, rather than a grid of 3 x 4 addresses it wasn't clear the first time if the addresses go right first or down first. a list would clear that up and make it even faster for customers
- under delivery service, if there's only 1 option, it's not clear you still have to click on that option after you have clicked on the drop down for 'choose you delivery service'. there's a message at the bottom of the page that says 'please provide all of the details above, in order to pay' but nothing was highlighted or didn't say what exactly was wrong on the checkout screen
when you click on the drop down it shows the 1 option then you have to click on it again and it all stays the same colour. making it a bit more obvious would help, maybe red if not chosen?
when you click on the edit for the delivery option. the tick that is meant to be 'save' looks like it is ticked because that's the shipping option, not to save changes. i think it would be easier to customers to have words rather than icons

Hello, the new checkout is a fantastic upgrade. Thank you very much for working on this. We have had a good few customers contact us saying that they were not able to proceed to the card details section. it would seem that they click on the delivery service once. I have attached an image of what they see when they click once. They see this message and are assuming that it has been selected. They are then not able to enter any card details and there is no message explaining what the issue is. The just keep clicking on card details and nothing happens. It would be great if some additional wording or a red highlight could be added to guide them through this issue. thanks

Ah that's interesting looking at your site I think you only have one delivery option and none of our test sites have that, or that's certainly what I see when I select delivery to the UK
You are correct its extremely confusing as the delivery option looks selected until I actually select it, and then it looks different. We'll get that looked at. Oh and thank you for the positive feedback :)

I agree with the very weird postcode lookup popup (a dropdown would be much better!) and to bring the postcode first to UI so that a lookup can be done there as the first interface element to interact with
I was also confused by the icons shown in your 2nd screenshot
