New Star Buys improvements

The new Star Buys have the potential to be a really useful tool, but there are a few additional features that would be great:
- The option to set a minimum/maximum price for the source item. For example, we might want to give a free cap with all items over £200 from a specific brand. We currently have to put these into a collection, and then remember to add new items into this collection, which is time consuming and easy to miss.
- Multiple items to single item. It would be easier to be able to tick multiple items in the Source list, and then link all of these to a single target item, rather than set these up individually, but without creating a collection that includes these items.
- The option to limit the Star Buy source and target to items NOT on sale. We can already target on sale only, but we may not want to offer the Star Buy on items that are on sale, as the margin is already reduced.

Could I also throw into the mix... Get your second Item half price. Not sure on the wording but the cheapest item would be the one that's half price. I'm getting a headache even thinking about how you'd go about doing this
We're running this promotion in the store at the moment but cannot replicate it online and even in the stores we're having to manually adjust the price of the second item.

Multiple Star Buy Promotional items to one source item would be good too. For example 2 or more pairs of socks with a boot. More than one energy gel with running vests etc

Info
Star Buy on basket value would be good. eg Spend £100 on 'BRAND' and get something free.

Can Star buys be applied to Cloud POS too? Also the ability to select min transaction values is / would be very useful. Plus ability to select items by item look up coded rather than choosing a myriad of filters to hone in on a particular item

The middle point is especially important as this is something we use a lot:
"Multiple items to single item. It would be easier to be able to tick multiple items in the Source list, and then link all of these to a single target item, rather than set these up individually, but without creating a collection that includes these items."
