Thought it might be useful to give you some feedback/observations on Starbuys
• Being able to set up filter to filter is much easier - thank you
• It would be good to be able to set up filter to specific item without having to create a collection for the one item.
• On-site presentation looks good and nice to have the basket prompt also
• Although multiple star buys can now be offered on a given trigger product, and you can continue to explore/add items from the different star buy options to basket, only one item will receive the offer. Is there a way to allow multiple items? eg a trigger bike has a starbuy for helmets and another for pedals – we would want customer to be able to use both. If we are stuck with only one starbuy actually triggering, there should probably be some messaging to that effect.
• Selecting multiple items from the same offer is similar, in that only the first item added will receive the offer. we’d want customer to load their basket up and receive the offer on all.
• It does look like you can have more than one trigger item in the basket and get one associated starbuy item on each though.
• Go to product details page and open/browse the starbuy offer list, the url gets appended each time eg ?starbuyProductId=13298&starbuyPromoId=9 . Then if you decide to click back on your browser to the FAF page or wherever else, you need to make multiple clicks to get back as there’s effectively multiple versions of the same page in your history.
• Removing the trigger item from the basket also removes the starbuy item, rather than leaving it there at regular price. customer may still want the target item, or just be selecting a different trigger item, so would be annoying to have to select target again.
• Small detail: think the close panel cross could be bigger, as gets a bit lost on desktop and small target to hit on mobile.

Start Dates aren't snapping to today's date, it snaps to the start of the year. End dates are fine as they need to be set anyway.
It's only a small thing, but easily fixed and saves a lot of time

General note for Bulk Wizard:
Total Number of collection column in bulk wizard.
It would help Star Buy set up if we could see how many star buys a product is a part of before trying to add it to a New Star Buy.
The list you get after is handy, but results in more work to an already lengthy process.

Star Buy Compatibility with Shop Tills System
When a product is in a Star Buy on the website, the shop floor have asked for prompts to be visible at POS so they can be notified to offer the start buy to the customer.

IMPORTANT
We either need the ability to choose whether the star buy discount comes off the MSRP or the already discounted price.

We need the option to exclued items discounted over a certain amount. On Sale doesn't work for retailers with already discounted products.

Facet to Facet needs it test change, we are currently showing the facets URL. Which looks awful and means nothing to the customer.

I agree with most of this although I guess the issue with loading your basket with offer items would be a problem for free items. It's fine if your discounting items and still making money but if you offer eg a free set of pedals, what's stopping someone adding 10 sets to the basket.
