Having moved from V12 finance to Novuna, I notice the available finance options offered to the customer on the product pages are no longer restricted to basket margin as they were previously.
This means that if the customer is viewing a sale item, for which the rules set in the backoffice will only allow an interest bearing finance options, they are still presented with every finance option, including interest free despite the fact that once they go through the check out, these options are then taken away and then the backoffice rules take effect.
This is a bad user experience and I’m pretty sure is a breach of the FCA rules on advertising consumer credit products as it’s incredibly misleading.
Can we have the corrected to how it used to work before as soon as possible please?
