PayPal - Include Item Details on PayPal Receipts

Raised via the Helpdesk:-
Email web order confirmations/ receipts, when the customer has paid using PayPal, do not contain the item details.
Citrus-Lime serve this information to Paypal. This can be seen when you are directed to PayPal to choose which card you wish to use and the item info is included - see screenshot.
The helpdesk have received a request for this info to be included on the web order confirmation email.

I am sure this must frustrate others? - relying on customer email and amount to locate a 'undownloaded' order is very hit and miss, and customers enquiring 'what did i buy from you' and creating cases with PayPal all stem from this data not being passed on.
I'm going to ask PayPal to investigate, but we were used to seeing the information on previous orders via different systems.
