The thought of this brings a tear to my eye! The number of calls, emails, messages and just anonymous parcels with a garment in boggles the mind... If we could get this champagne would flow in the customer service team. So much time is currently wasted with this.
Combined with reason codes and reports we could refine product listing based on customer feedback and reduce the number of returns and costs subsequently incurred.
This would have a huge impact.

Granted we'd still have to include something with the order to direct customers to My Account / Order History. Links on our returns page to the returns form hasn't doesn't consistent bear fruit...

Agree, customers are used to it and there is a degree of expectation due to Amazons presentation
