There's a section in this email that says "Special Instructions (if any)" which is always blank.

What is this? I've gone through the checkout and don't see any place to enter it - so why does this email reference it?

The email layout is odd too - all the headings are intended, and then the content sits totally left aligned. The items list has 'Product ID' in smaller text, and is in blue for some reason. Product name is bold.
