Update 'Order Confirmation' emails

Hi,
There's a few little updates that would benefit customers and 'us'
When a customer gets an order confirmation email with the usual couriers, it usually says 'Your order will be ready for despatch in x days' AND it has an 'Estimated Delivery'
- When it is DPD Pick up it does not say anything (in green) or no Estimated delivery. So customers contact us to find out when it will be ready, causing more contacts than required. can you add this info in please
- Please can you also change the email so the grammar is correct so it says 1 day instead of 1 days (in red). maybe change it to '1 day(s)'
- on the delivery method at the bottom for DPD collect from it just says 'DPDCOLLECTFROMAGENT' this is not very customer friendly, can you change it to say 'DPD Pickup' instead. so the wording matches across the website
- Also if you could give us access to create/modify these emails to match our branding, that would be fantastic!
Thank you!

Yes to all 4 points.
- Reduce wasted time, saves money, improves customer service
- More trustworthy if grammar is correct
- Reduce confusion/worry that they've received another service.
- Every touchpoint must reflect / reinforce branding to retain customers.
Phone calls and emails caused by avoidable back and forths will always be welcomed with open arms.

Totally agree with this as it 1-3 are a constant reason customers are upset about expectations for delivery.

Richard T totally agree especially the branding comment. Ecommerce 101 - the order confirmation email is the one email that a customer will actually read so it needs to be properly branded and functional
