there a circumstances where a customer amends a V12 order before fully commiting then the order never hits the backoffice/MT because of the difference in value/items etc.
This needs to be addressed so orders are not stuck with V12 and customers orders are fulfilled. Please can you put in a change so customers cannot amend their V12 orders so this issue does not happen in the future. and saves a bad custoemr experience.

I’m confused, do you mean the order is amended within V12? V12 do have a feature whereby they send out reminders to complete orders, perhaps they are sending them out for orders the customer has since edited, and then started another application. I’m not sure what we’d do here if the customer completes the wrong order reminder.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime, Hi Neal, your support team have mentioned that a customer can change the basket at somepoint in the journey and this then stops the order being imported into CloudMT. if we could somehow stop the customer from doing this so all orders are downloaded that would be great.

Richard T So if a customer starts a finance application but does not finish it. Application 1.
Returns to the site and creates a new order (different device) or edits the original one, creating Application 2.
Then they complete the reminder for Application 1. It creates the behaviour you refer to as its a different order.
