It would be much nicer UX and less fiddly and time consuming if you could assign Cloud POS users to multiple store and instead of having to logout and log back in from a different account they could select the store they wish to use in the top right (allowing easy "switching" between stores).
If staff members need to:
  • Move between stores to assist
  • Help fix an error on a till
  • Need to quickly assist processing something for another store remotely
It is tricky for the team member to have to remember multiple logins (if not using their own device with saved passwords).
I also think the store you are logged in to should be more clearly displayed on screen.
