I think the ability to be able to matrix together SKU's within an already amtrixed item via an edit/create button might come in handy for bulk changes.

For example:

I have recently imported a load of SKU's from our bicycle supplier via SIM Import that have been matrixed together with the model+colour. Within the single matrix codes for each bike model+colour, there are also times where there are slight frame variants within these individual matrix codes which would make sense for these items to be listed individually as 2 or 3 individual listings rather than the one listing containing 2 or 3 frame varaints (given that there can only be 1 hero image for the listing it makes it difficult to show all 3 bikes in one image).

At the moment we are having to remove the codes, save the changes, save the 1st matrix listing and then go find the codes to then create a new matrix and then add them in after as normal.

Maybe a "quick add" or something similar could be of use?
