Would be great to be able to attach files to a job without sending to the customer via email or SMS. We have check-in, check-out, diagnostic reports, etc. that we do not necessarily want to share with the customer but would like to easily connect to a workshop job.

Tim Staton: Hi Tim,
You'll be able to use the Notes format in the customer communications to do this.
Thanks,
Suzy

Hi all,
We're planning on adding the ability to send images to customers via SMS.
This will be available in the workshop module and in the POS.
As part of this work, we'll also ensure you can add images to emails/notes as well, ensuring you can see the images in the communication history with the customer.
Thanks,
Suzy

Fix Comms Template Insert Image Function
S
Service
Although the comms templates have an insert image feature button, it does not work. This is essential for showing customers an issue or product detail, but this bug forces us to revert to using email, when we want to keep the comms thread in one place. Please can this be fixed as it would be useful for customer service, workshop and sales too?

Being able to add images to a workshop job would be very useful. If we could then text these images to customers this would also help with communication. Image capture would also be useful for curating warranty information

I think we might be planning to do something similar can you expand out on this ? I’m not sure I understand the spreadsheet part.

Neil McQuillan: it would be a nice feature if we could add images to a workshop job - we have used this previously on other systems to highlight any damage on bikes that were noted when the bike is booked in. Would also be good to have the ability to attach quotes/specs in either excel or word docs.
