Altering User Security Levels to a customisation option

We have several younger staff members who we would like to limit access to creating credit accounts and increasing credit limits (essentially a full cashier option)
However would still like them to have access to 'create new items' and alter existing stock levels - we sell across amazon prime and are not integrated as it's prime, so if something sells on this platform they need to be able to update stock levels on citrus lime (which is more of a supervisory/ administrator option on your security levels, a full cashier wouldn't be able to)
Is their anyway User Security Levels, could have a customisation option, so that they can mirror their job description/ capabilities

Detailed UAC across all modules would be fantastic, something which Cybertill was very good at.

The biggest issue I have with the current system is that only high level users can clear the barcode printer queue, which needs doing regularly.

this has bee nrequested many times (mainly by myself lol) I hope this gains some transaction as we'd love to see some customisation. having to give people admin access to change user levels means they can also modify stores etc is not ideal!
