Interesting question however the issue here could be a ‘chargeback’ by your card processor which has everything in its favour over a retailer. This can take 90 days to mature re a dodgy card. Dodgy addresses can’t stack up under security validation by card providers otherwise you wouldn’t get an authorisation code. Something not right somewhere.
