Branding on CitrusPay payment links

can we get some branding on CitrusPay payment links, it looks really basic and doesn't match our store branding, once completed it does not even say our company name, i think it would make customers feel safer to use it if there was branding on there

Hi Richard. Just get in touch with the Support Team if you'd like to set this up.

You can customise the payment screen with the following:

your brand logo, which will display top-left
a small ‘favicon’ image that will show in the customer's browser tab (typically your logo again)
your store name, which will display as the payee

You will need to be ready with:

a brand logo of file type .JPG, .JPEG or .PNG, max. size 5MB
a favicon logo of file type .JPG, .JPEG or .PNG, max. size 50kB
the name you would like to use as the payee

You can choose to apply the same settings across all your locations, or you can provide different payee names etc. per store. Just let the Support Team know which you prefer.
