CitrusPay Chip And Pin - More over printing of excess receipts.

Just last evening we installed new cards readers (model Saturn1000), and switched our payment system to CitrusPay.
As we're running transactions this morning, we're now getting extra receipts printed out for each transaction. In addition to the expected customer receipt, we're also getting a cardholder copy and merchant copy - like we're a restaurant, which would be delicious, but that's not the case.
We'd like for the cardholder and merchant copy receipts to NOT print with each transaction. Is that possible?

Further to this, we're going to roll out a change tomorrow morning so that we will still print the receipt (until the config option is added in July), but this will NOT pop the cash drawer when we do.

The new PDQS do not allow you to switch off the PDQ receipts or keep the till drawer shut. I have seen there may be an update in July to switch off receipts, but the till drawer opening is a massive risk to security, so it needs to be earlier?
As everything is now stored in the back office, why do we need three receipts? They're expensive to print and a waste of paper.
It also pops the till drawer and won't close until all the receipts have been printed. This is a security issue, as there is no need to open the till.
The till should not open on card transactions, and we should have the option to print the PDQ receipt or not.

This change is inbound in July if we don't print any receipt the cash drawer won't pop. It's the act of printing a receipt which pops the cash drawer, the receipt printer pops an electrical signal down the wire to the cash drawer when a receipt is printed, so providing the option not to print PDQ receipts ought to stop the cash drawer popping.

Can i add to this it should not be opening the till drawer on card transactions also. There will be no need if its not printing merchant receipts (which would be posted through the front of the drawer if you wanted to keep them) as its a security issue.

We plan to add a configuration option so that you can choose to not print card receipts at all. We're hoping this will be in the July release of Cloud POS.
