On the Dashboard, we can currently see: Today's performance compared to yesterday's performance; this week's performance compared to last week's performance; and this month's performance compared to last month's performance. I'd like to be able to also see last year's performance on this day last year, this week last year, and this month last year. Having both the most recent timeframes as well as last year's timeframes in one view would be very informative and quick way to see how we're doing to our most recent sales, as well as last year's sales.

for example, just below "that's $xx above or below last month's sales", would be the "that's $xx above or below last year's sales for this month."
